The two guys that installed my lightning fibre broadband were excellent. Very friendly without compromising on their efficiency. They have me a full explanation of their plan on how to install my setup and adjusted what they were going to do to best suit my requirements and satisfy me as their customer.

Installation took place within two days. The engineers turned up bang on time, did the work quickly and neatly and hoovered up.

Initially we were very concerned about changing providers, particularly as we are elderly. What mess would they cause to our front room? What state would our block paved front drive be in after being all ripped to insert the cable? WE HAD A BRILLIANT experience. The sales team, and other staff that I dealt with understood my concerns. They knew what they were doing and treated us as wanted customers. The engineers came, all knew what they were doing and were so efficient. The drive looks exactly like it did before.. All of this and the office is local unlike my previous supplier who does not understand service with a smile. Well done.
