I love the fact that I can speak to a person rather than just a chat box. I have been with lightning fibre since its start up but I have dropped them a star because they now charge £4 a month for an extender. I have a tiny house in Eastbourne, shouldn’t need one to get a signal on first floor if their fibre was better.

Everything went well. Didn't realised we only had Wifi 4 on our PC and needed Wifi 6. Plus had to request a cable was moved.
However, cable up the path to the house was very well placed under the concret.

Was told that I wouldn't be connected until a week after I moved in, but when they came to check the infrastructure on the day I did move, they offered to set it up there and then!

I moved my exwife from BT saving me a load of money and with no problems or complaints from our kids. So I just moved my own house now too. Totally painless process. Added bonus the router has a SPF port so I have run my own fibre to a static caravan in my garden giving it rock solid Internet too. Love these guys saving us all money while providing a great service!
