Excellent service from customer contact by phone at the start then, both engineer visits and installation were carried out with respect and consideration. Easy switch from original supplier to Lightning Fibre which they managed superbly. We now have a great supply at 1mb installed exactly how we required. Thoroughly recommend this great, local supplier.

The transition between Lightning Fibre and our previous provider was excellent. Our installation was carried out by Dom and Ricky in a timely and professional manner, full marks to both of them. We were kept up to date by the main office when appropriate.

All the staff I had contact with before and during installation were very helpful. My internet connection hasn't dropped since it was installed (it was dropping regularly before) and I will be saving money from my previous provider.

The sign up is really easy, the price is really good compared to others, the install date was less than a weeks wait. I felt informed along the way , the install team were super friendly and left no mess, really happy with the speed also

Carol and Damien were both exemplary at their job and can tell they both take great pride in it. Carol calling a week after install to make sure we are happy and that all is going OK, and Damien for being so flexible as we were running around here and there getting moved in. After being let down last minute by another provider, we decided to contact lightning fibre as we knew they were local and had heard good things. It was super easy to choose our package and book our appointment, the installers arrived as expected on the day and were both incredibly friendly, the job they have done is exceptionally neat and the internet speeds are fab. Follow up care has also been great, nice to have a company proactively reaching out to check everything is working as expected.

Very easy to swap over to, it's all handled by them. Install was good and I'm getting the speed that I'm not paying a lot for. The only negative is the router which is very in your face and is living under our tv. If I had seen it before it was fitted I would have asked for it to go somewhere else out of line of site.

From talking through what was best for me at the point of sale, to the installation taking place. Lightning Fibre have shown them to be excellent in all areas. I cannot fault any part of the process, and I believe the installation at my address was a bit tricky. Unfortunately I didn’t get the engineers names. But massive thanks to Eric who I dealt with throughout the whole process.
A+ company, who if you you are close to ending a contract with another service provider, you should take a look out. Just brilliant.
