Room was spacious and very clean bigger tv would be nice, the food in the restaurant was excellent and off street parking was available for a small cost. Will be back.

First time staying here, one night only, as I had a party to attend nearby in the evening. My only disappointment is... I didn't stay longer. This hotel has it spot on. From perfect service by ALL members of the team, to smart rooms (mine a little smaller than expected but it was fine) clean, fresh decor, great breakfast, lovely bar and restaurant views overlooking the sea. Some hotels can give the impression that they are trying to cater for your needs and make your stay memorable, but this one truly does do everything I would do if I owned a hotel. Decent quality towels, thin skinned sausages for breakfast, thick bacon for breakfast, butter in a pot not the typical wrapped packs, spotlessly clean glasses at the bar, super attentive reception staff, hotel owner interaction, great attitudes of all staff, everything I saw was very clean and tidy, top quality fittings, great coffee, parking facilities, easy booking process. Great location too, as only the road between the hotel and the beach (which is a stoney beach). I really love this hotel and I will definitely be staying here whenever I can as its a real break from the norm. Well done to all the team!

Have only used Langham for lunches and an evening meal, all of which have been very good.

Really enjoyed a birthday lunch overlooking the sea. The impressive 3-course vegan menu not only looks good but triumphed on the taste test, especially the wild mushroom and smoked tea paté, artichoke and leek risotto, and caramelised apple pudding. The hotel really went the extra mile surprising our party with a complimentary vegan birthday cake. Lovely calm and kind service from Peter, too. Thank you to all involved on the day. We will 100% be back.

I came here for the Sunday Jazz Lunch so cannot comment on the rooms but oh my goodness... the food. I cannot believe we paid £25 a head for two courses and got the absolute sheer quality that we did. The roast beef was stunning- all the trimmings in the same league. The flambé crepes were also delicious. The £25 included a glass of prosecco and coffees, as well as the live jazz which was wonderful. I absolutely recommend coming here for sunday lunch! I would pay more!

The Langham is a good choice to stay. Reasonably priced, good, clean rooms and friendly staff. One night stay so couldn't experience everything but the location is ideal for the seafront.

A two night getaway at very good rates (see hotel website). Hotel is well maintained, very relaxed and like Eastbourne a little old fashioned. It has friendly staff and excellent food. Located on the sea front with free on street parking a 100 meters away. We intend to return.

Lovely salmon and cream cheese ciabatta overlooking the channel. Smooth, soft and gentle on the palate. Only disappointment was the chap with a cordless hoover! Noisy and an absolute ambiance killer. We had to walk out in the end!

Superbe hôtel où nous avons déjeuné le 1er janvier. Repas délicieux, cadre agréable, accueil chaleureux, personnel très compétant et professionnel. Ambiance avec un trio de musiciens jouant du jazz .

Such a wonderful Hotel. Our second visit this year. I chose to return here after my Mum died suddenly in tragic circumstances at the end of October. All I needed was comfort and peace between Christmas and New Year to rejuvenate my batteries and I certainly got it at the Langham. Comfortable rooms, good food and excellent, caring staff.
Our room (120) was lovely. Excellent decor and everything as it should be. We had the three course evening meal & breakfast deal. Such good value.
All the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is is in a great location in Eastbourne, right on the sea front and about 10-15 minutes walk to the pier (subject to walking speed)
I genuinely love this hotel, traditional, comforting and good value. I will be returning.
Thank you to everyone at the Langham for the perfect respite break.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel as expected 5 stars awarded in every aspect. I would like to thank everyone for helping me through my unfortunate upsetting Christmas. Without your help and kindness I don't know what I would have done. Neil and Wendy you are very special hotel owners. Thank you also to all your amazing staff. Hope to see you all in the New Year. Very best wishes for 2023.
Love Mrs Michelle Hutton

Lovely place on the sea front but anyone with walking issues it's a long way to town. Food was good. Small lift but also some stairs in places
