Came here for afternoon cream tea. What a fabulous experiance. Tea was hot and fresh. Cakes, pastries and sandwiches made with care and detail. No shortage of cream with the scones. Service attentive without being intrusive. Conservatory was a great localation.

Would recommend, though I only stayed briefly. Room was small but well kept, nice view and little balcony. I was able to check in early which was great. I had salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast which was was a very generous portion but not high quality

Service from table waiter's excellent. Main course beef was the only good thing, vegetables over cooked. Sorry 😞

Would like to give 3.5. Location is great, away from main area so nice and quiet. Restaurant great for dinner and breakfast.
Rooms a lot smaller than appears on the site, and furnishings need updating. Perfectly fine as a base for a holiday or time away, but not good for luxurious relaxation. Would recommend for a holiday where you'll be out most of the time and need a place to come back and rest.

Located on the seafront the beach was 30 seconds across a main road.
We arrived 2 hours before check in and our room was ready. Staff we very helpful and friendly.
Room was a twin with 2 comfortable beds, very clean. Modern shower room with lovely big bath soft bath sheets, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. We had bottled water, tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits.
No air conditioning but sash window opened and a fan was in our room.
We had drinks on their terrace overlooking the sea, lovely.
Breakfast was delicious, I had fresh fruit salad, fruit juice, omelette and toast.
Would highly recommend.

😁 We have re-visited this hotel a number of times now and I am always impressed with every aspect of our stay. The rooms are very clean and well presented. The location is perfect (just a stroll from Eastbourne pier) but without the excessive hustle and bustle of usual seafront activities. And the staff are second to none. Excellent service and extremely pleasant. It was my birthday while we were staying and I was presented with a surprise glass of bubbly and a cake during dinner. I will 100% be returning again as soon as possible. Highley recommended 😁👍

A traditional British Seaside Hotel.
The cost of running these massive Victorian hotels must be enormous.
The room 124 was spotlessly clean, but did oddly enough each time u entered it smelt of mushrooms.
The rooms are dated decorative wise no contemporary feel here but i would imagine that year round their occupancy is that of the 60 yrs plus..who dont require blue tooth and smart screens.
The staff are very welcoming and each member i had interaction with was extremely polite and could not do enough.
I only ate breaskfast and the food was very well cooked tasted good and was served with an engaging smile...
We stayed for the Ironbourne Triathalon and would recommend the Hotel to future prospective guests..

I recently booked a surprise 60th Birthday meal for my husband, nothing was too much trouble from when we arrived to when we left. The receptionist asked the guests to gather in the cocktail bar. When we arrived we were taken through to where everyone waiting. I had asked them to make a cake too which was delicious. We were in a separate part of the main dining area which was lovely. The staff bought a fan out for the room after requesting one as it was a very warm evening. The waiting staff were excellent. Thank you for making it a wonderful evening for us all. Karen

To be honest, bibwas a bit disappointed, upon entering this hotel. It's reception is rather dated. However, my initial disappointment was more than made up by the quality of the room together wirh the service of the staff, who go above and beyond!I will return to this hotel, we had dinner here too. The offering was excellent. We stick the the vegetarian menu, which was insightful and delicious! A great hotel, for any length of stay. Really impressed. Thank you to all staff.

The team at the Langham Hotel are fantastic. They were all incredibly kind and helpful (going above and beyond to help us carry luggage to the car a couple of streets away). Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was great, couldn't ask for more.
