I have been a customer of Heaths for last 20 years. Nigel has always looked after me. Top locally sourced meats.<br><br>This weekend we got a whole pig for my daughter’s day two hog roast. 110 guest and I think I had 100 said the pork baps were the highlight<br><br>One of the best butchers in Sussex. Worth the journey

I have used Heath Butchers ever since I moved to Eastbourne in 2011. As an x butcher myself ( trained with Dewhurst ) when I found Heaths it was like finding a Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, never had a bad piece of meat in all the time buying from them, always helpful, courteous and very professional. The gammon and pork I purchased for Christmas this year, which I have already cooked and tested are exceptionally good so well done and many thanks. Too all the staff, Have a good Christmas and well deserved rest

Used Heaths a few times but the quality of the meat we had this weekend is worthy of praise. Had a rack of lamb and a hangar steak joint and both were superb and good value. Short cooking involved so the meat flavour is tested and it came up trumps. The staff are friendly and helpful trimming the meat and offering advice. Local people, local meat, top quality - thank you.
