Our washing machine stopped working and the fault code which appeared on its screen indicated it was ready for the scrap heap. However the engineer came and had a thorough look and opted to try a quick and cheap repair before condemning the machine. Within 24 hours the machine was working again and has been problem feee since. They could have easily just have told me to bin it and try to sell me a new one but they didn’t take advantage in that way. Great honesty which is very appreciated.

They said they would get back to us on the Monday following the visit on the Saturday. I chased this Tues AM as didn't hear anything Monday, was told I would hear later that day. Had to chase again Wednesday as still no one called. The lady I spoke to Weds apologised profusely and got back to me within the hour with the quote. The quote to repair was only £20 less than buying a brand new machine so we opted for that instead of repair. So no work was carried out. Were quick to arrange initial visit but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication after that.

DB’s engineer Rob texted me to let me know when he would be arriving and was right on time. He quickly assessed what the problem was, explained every step to me during his visit and was finished in about 40 minutes maximum. He cleaned up on complete and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Although the machine was dnd of life the chap couldn’t have been more helpful on choosing another one and the show room of same company was as helpful . Do. An aged to get my 97 year old Dad a machine he will be able to understand all fir a very decent price and with a 3 yr gaurentee

Contacted me quickly and came same day, engineer didn't stay long and had the part with him for the job so was really pleased to have a working oven within half an hour of his arrival. Fair price too! Would definitely use again.

This company is one that I will always go to for domestic repairs. The service was fast and the engineer friendly and very efficient, repairing the tumble dryer quickly and not adding any extras, then giving me advice on keeping the dryer in good working order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Drum would not turn on washing machine so called out DB Domestics for next day slot to diagnose fault and hopefully repair. Nice friendly helpful service from Scott who quickly diagnosed the fault and made the repair as well as giving some tips on preserving the life of the washer.
