DB were great from start to finish. A reconditioned fridge freezer was delivered but unfortunately there was an issue with the motor so a replacement was delivered without delay. We are delighted with the appliance and the delivery guys were really helpful. Thanks DB.

DB domestics is our local white goods firm. They were really helpful in the showroom and recommended an electrician and gas technician when we changed from gas to an electric cooker. Delivery was at a time and on the day that suited us and we are really happy with the service, price and quality of our new AEG induction cooker. We have used them before for a washing machine which they fitted and we would use them again.

I have needed to replace ancient appliances one by one as I could afford to. DBD gave me great prices, good merchandise with excellent warranties, and expert installation. If I ever need anything else (hope not) that's the only place I'd trust.

Over the last 4 years we have had 4 appliances. Recently I broke the dishwasher and needed one quickly. Within a couple of days a new one was installed and the old one taken away. We always use them as we like to support a family business. We were also impressed with Michael who helped us with a kitchen rearrangement and new unit doors. We were very impressed with the service and price. Unfortunately we didn’t move house which is what it was for. We would definitely use them in the future. They really are worth looking at for kitchens as well as appliances.<br>Good luck for the future let’s hope it keeps going from strength to strength 👍👍

The service was excellent. We needed to replace an integrated dishwasher as the old one was set on a plinth by the previous owners & it kept moving to the edge which we felt was unsafe. We were unsure whether the new one could be installed without the plinth. We telephoned D B Domestics who asked us to send photos so they could assess the situation. Within 5 minutes they telephoned us and said they could sort out the problem. The dishwasher was bought on the Monday & fitted on the Wednesday. The installation team
were fantastic and had ‘a can do attitude’. We couldn’t have been happier with the result. Good to use a local firm and the price of the dishwasher was the same as the companies who have nationwide stores. We have also used the firm to repair our range oven & fix a dyson vacuum cleaner and they get 5* for this too.

DB domestics are fantastic, and very competitive prices. I had a new dishwasher installed last week, and the fitters arrived on time, were courteous and did a fantastic job. They encountered several problems and had to do a fair amount of carpentry and extending pipes and problem solving, they did not give up and gave me several options. The installation fee was the same, even though the job was challenging. I now have my fridge where the old dish washer once was, and the dishwasher where the fridge was!! Only problem is I keep trying to put the milk in the dishwasher and the dirty plates in thr fridge!! lol.. DB are truly amazing from sales to fitting..excellent

DB are excellent. I use them for all my appliance purchases and their service, from point of sale to delivery and fitting is fantastic, I would not use any other company. I purchased a dishwasher and paid for fitting and removal of my old one. The job was really challenging , but the fitters did not moan or give up, or say it couldn't be done. Eventually, after a fair amount of carpentry and moving existing appliances around, and extending pipework I have a dishwasher where the fridge was, and vice versa .....only one problem..I keep going to the dishwasher for milk and put dirty dishes in fridge!!! lol I'm sure I will get used to the new locations!! 😆 🤣 Fantastic job DB Domestics, highly recommended

Lovely store with plenty of choice.Staff didn't pounce on me as I entered as do some stores,they left me to browse. A lovely,helpful man came across later on and asked if I needed help.He explained a couple of things,I then made my purchase. No problems at the till either,a calm wonderful experience,will definitely use again and have already recommended to my step daughter .
