I took delivery of a new tumble dryer but unfortunately it didn’t work properly on first use. I telephoned DB domestics and without quibble they offered a new replacement which was delivered quickly. Very happy with replacement. Great customer service, especially in sorting out the issue very promptly and efficiently.

Booking was made on Monday and I was given a time for Wednesday morning which was good. Rob, the engineer turned up about an hour into the 4 hour window so that was good too. He fixed the problem quickly and was very polite and friendly. Very pleased overall.

Everyone I dealt with at this company was lovely - I knew it was an outside chance a repair might be possible and the team were realistic about this when I asked for assistance. In the event Rob the engineer wasn't able to work his magic as the type of gas used made it impossible to fix but he was punctual, professional and very helpful with his information about the workings of the various types of fridge freezers and advice on what to look for. So impressed with the firm's service I have just been to their shop to buy a replacement and again had brilliant service.

DB responded within 10 minutes of me posting on Checkatrade with a very reasonable quote. Kieren arrived early afternoon an immediately identified problem and fixed it in less than half an hour. Extremely impressed with how quickly DB were able to sort out and fix our 'dead' oven. Would highly recommend them.

These guys were first off the block to ring about the job I posted, I was wary about paying in full in advance but didn't need to be they were totally professional, a reasonable price and a lovely man who came to fit the new seal who should really be advertised as a 5th emergency service. Had a new fan belt fitted to tumble dryer, husband tried to have a go but couldn’t, so rung DB domestic who came out the following day. Repair man was very knowledgeable and very courteous. All fixed and Very happy , would definitely recommend. Thank you

DB came to our rescue after being ripped off by another company . Zoe who arranged for Rob the engineer to visit came . He was very pleasant and honest , moved fridge freezer out checked and reset , whatever he did it worked and in the evening we had ice !!
