Very Quick, ordered a dishwasher within 10 minutes, they made a call to arrange to collect old one and delivered the new one on the same day, also they were preparing to connect it too but I was happy to do it myself, what a Great service

The service was A1 from start to finish! As it was during lockdown we were not able to enter the shop to look at the Fridge Freezer we had seen on the DB website but they offered to wheel it out to the door so that we could see it 'in the flesh'! It was delivered & installed the very next day first thing!
So we couldn't fault the service!

DB Domestics has provided first class service, both pre and post-sale on a number of occasions.
I feel more comfortable dealing with a local supplier which has provided solid after-sales services and support. It's a High Street company, a real one which employs staff who care and you'd be pushed to find that from an on-line supplier.

We went to DB for our new kitchen and were very impressed with the service and advice given by Michael. We told him what we needed and gave him a budget. He came up with a great design and gave us lots of help choosing the style of kitchen and even liaised directly with our fitter to organise delivery. We are very happy with our kitchen. Thank you.

Fantastic service, very helpful. I ordered on the Saturday and it was delivered, installed and all the rubbish including the old machine removed to be recycled on the Monday exactly as they said. Covid secure and no hidden extras on the price as shown on their website.

Fantastic speedy service. Washing machine was delivered and installed by two very pleasant men in no time at all. We asked them to be extremely careful as my wife had just spent the last week wall papering the hallway. They were - Phew!

My gas cooker packed up on the evening of Mon 18th January so I phoned DB Domestics the following morning. By lunchtime I has a sparkling new gas cooker fitted! Amazing customer service & it felt good to be supporting a local business. Thank you DB!

I had a tumble dryer delivered from currys/pc recently and they walked mud in on my new carpet and dumped it in the kitchen in its packaging and then just walked off...very poor service, then the machine was broken and we had to wait 2 weeks for collection and a refund..
...so we ordered a new one from Db domestics and they were fantastic, clean and polite, quick and efficient, pre-unboxed fitted and tested. We should have just ordered from DB from the start as they have impressed us twice now, highly recommended over currys...

What a great local Company they are ! Ordered washing machine online this morning (Jan 18th) received a conformation email within minutes, a friendly call from Tom, machine delivered, old one taken away and new one in situ by 2.00pm that same day! Excellent ...well done to you all.
