I researched online what I wanted re a new fridge. i didn't want to use Currys because of their hard-sell techniques that cost me much more money, so I went local, rang up DB Domestics and asked about availability. The Statesman fridge that I bought was in stock. I chose it because of its capacity and the fact that its dimensions fitted the space available, unlike most others! It's British made but sourced with parts from all over the world. Reviews of the machine are average and below, but the appliance has impressed me so far. I paid over the phone and had a new fridge installed the following day. No hard-sell, just professional, helpful service.

Ordered a Bosch Washing machine. From start to finish DB were friendly, helpful and provided an excellent service at a competitive price. We have limited space in our kitchen but the installation team overcome this with ease. We cannot recommend this local family business highly enough. Well done.

Excellent service from DB. 16years old dishwasher broke down. DB suggested replacement that met our specification delivered next day and removed old machine. New machine connected by efficient crew up and in use that evening,

Yet again perfect service from DB domestics. We usually come in store to purchase our goods, so this was our first online experience with DB. From placing the order in the evening when the store was shut, I got a prompt phone call in the morning to arrange delivery. The install team was fab, adhered to COVID guidelines like they stated, knowledgeable team, no hassle whatsoever....this is why I always come to DV domestics!

We have used DB domestics for years, always been happy with their service, but I don’t think we were given the right advice this time when buying anew oven. Apparently some types of cheaper cookers don’t allow for a gas pipe behind the oven. If we had known we would have paid for one that fits the space properly
