Cannot praise this company enough, they have been extremely helpful & have gone out of their way to assist me with my purchase. I bought a built under oven from them via the Euronics site without realising that the company was nearly 300 miles from me but that wasn’t a problem for them & they arranged delivery from the oven manufacturer direct & also rearranged the delivery for another date when the road I live on was closed off for a gas leak. Twice during this pandemic DB Domestics have come to our rescue. First the fridge-freezer packed up in the height of the Summer and then, a couple of weeks ago, the washing machine gave up the ghost. On each occasion they supplied and fitted a new appliance within two or three days. On both occasions the fitters arrived on time, were full kitted out with masks and gloves, did the installations quickly and effectively, and tidied up afterwards. I can't praise this company highly enough.

I phoned to buy a new washing machine and it was delivered the next day. I live in a 3rd floor flat with two lots of stairs and this was no issue for the two guys delivering my new machine and taking away the old one (they must have good muscles!!). I've used DB Domestics for a new hob, cooker and now a washing machine and their service has been brilliant each time.
