Searched the webb couldn't find the brand of dishwasher I wanted all out of stock. Then someone said try this local store. Ordered one on their website easily had one in stock great price. Included delivery, connection and taking away my broken one. All completed within 2days.Good communication from Tom and 2 very professional guys delivered and fitted and arrived within time given took out the old one fitted new one tested all was working perfect.. then took away broken one all under an hour. Will definitely call them first if need another appliance.

New Fridge/Freezer fixed on emergency basis - after buying replacement over the phone, DB Domestics turned up to fix it 9 a.m. next morning so no problem with ongoing storage of frozen items.
They pointed out a problem with existing built-in housing that it was no longer exactly vertical due to wood-rot at base but they still managed a satisfactory fix until such time as we may be forced to replace the wooden housing. We accepted the fixing and the new one currently is 100% satisfactory.
We are impressed with the speed of service in lockdown, and workmanship.

Absolutely incredible service from DB. I recently needed their service as my freezer broke, they were able to advise me on a freezer that fit my (oddly shaped) kitchen and had it delivered the next day - my food hadn't even defrosted. I put on the kettle to offer the delivery men a cuppa but it was installed and running, and my old freezer taken away, before the kettle had boiled! Naturally they were my first choice when looking for a new oven, they had the Which best buy available, again had it installed and running and the old one removed in the blink of an eye. No mean feat when you live 4 stories up with no lift! They have a customer for life in me.

My old washing machine gave up on me, trapping my laundry inside with a locked door. I rang DB Domestics, who were able to deliver a new washing machine the very next day, liberated my laundry, took away the old machine and installed the new one for no extra charge. Absolutely delighted with such excellent service!

I am very happy to have done business with a locl firm who were generally very helpful. The installation was a bit rushed as I understand that they had problem with a late, it did mean that the freezer was not quite level and I had to remedy that myslf. A very small quibble
