Had to chase to follow up about status of order and delivery - and details were not passed on to lady left to deal due to staff holiday - but she was efficient in sorting out and got back to us quickly. Delivery drivers were on time and very helpful placing items where requested on first floor. Would purchase from here again in future, as it’s a more personal service.

The whole experience was seamless. Your staff in the showroom were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful making purchasing my fridge easy! The delivery happened exactly the day and time they said it would and the guys who installed it were very efficient. All in all a great experience.

Great company to deal with. I ordered over the phone which was a very simple process and organising the delivery was easy and flexible. I recieved a phone call to say they were on their way at the time agreed. The lads were great, very careful and thorough taking our old machine away and connecting and testing the new one. Will definitely recommend and use again.

DB Domestics were both punctual, speedy and efficient. The only problem is that I was not told about the sticky tape on the top shelf just inside the door. It took me ages to discover and remove it.
