The man that came was very helpful and went over and above his job not only did he repair my washing machine he put my dishwasher and washing machine back under the counter as I was not able to do it myself.

I ended up making my purchase by phone as I had a few questions. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and efficient and the fridge freezer was competitively priced. Free delivery was quickly arranged and the item was delivered on time with all packaging taken away. A truly 5 star service.

I ordered an integral washing mahine to be fitted. The fitter arrived punctually and with his assistant took out the broken machine and fitted the new model. We were very happy with the expertise of the fitter and he also managed to solve a long standing problem with a neighbouring dishwasher which when used caused the kickboard to drop. So more than satisfied. We will use DB Domestics again if any other appliances break as we have in the past.
