DB Domestics are a very helpful local company that I would definitely recommend. At the moment they are hanging onto an American fridge and a cooker hob for me whilst I wait for my kitchen to be ready for them. I didn't even have to go down to the showroom to buy the hob - I simply rang them up and told them what I wanted. Simple.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand which appliance would best suit our needs. In addition the space we gave was going to make it a tight fit. I really appreciated knowing that if we’d got the measurements wrong, there would be a refund.

Thoroughly recommend this company. I had a kitchen emergency, needing a new oven and found the service first rate. Very helpful showroom staff helped me select the right oven for me, there was next day delivery and installation and my old oven was taken away, installation staff were smart, courteous and extremely efficient, making the whole operation stress free. Delighted to support this local company.

Had to get a replacement integrated fridge freezer for my parents who are in their 90’s and get it quickly as Lockdown was approaching! DB not only helped me choose the right one for them but agreed to take the old one and install the new one over the phone. They had a new one fitted in three days. Incredible service!

A massive thank you to DB Domestics! I was looking for a fridge freezer for my new home at a time when most of the fridges I'd wanted was out of stock. After looking endlessly I came across DB Domestics and was so pleased that Tom had agreed to have my fridge delivered in London. A delivery date was quickly agreed only a week after placing the order and the fridge arrived on time with no issues. A lovely fridge which ticks all the boxes and I count myself really lucky to have found this when there is such a shortage everywhere! Thank you so much to DB Domestics for co-operating with me and coming all the way to London to deliver! :)

Highly recommend. At.first glance slightly more expensive in comparison.to major retailer but additional add ons to install and remove existing appliance bring the costs level and add the superior customer.service makes DB much better value in this instance
