I recently had to replace two appliances in my holiday home on Sovereign Harbour. I live abroad and so relied on a recommendation that DB Appliances could supply my needs.
Of course I had to call them and deal with them over the phone and can only say that the experience was beyond my expectations. The staff I spoke to were knowledgeable, efficient and sorted my needs straight away. They recommended suitable items, took payments over the phone and arranged delivery at a times to suit both me and my local agent who looks after the apartment for me.

I ordered my washing machine on Monday afternoon and it was delivered and installed on Tuesday afternoon… what more could I possibly have asked for? The guy I dealt with in the showroom was really helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery staff were their usual polite and efficient selves. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company who do what they say, when then say.
I'm a repeat customer and have been using DB's for several years, in fact I don't think there's an appliance in my house that wasn't purchased there. Always competitively priced and always excellent service - second to none! I especially love that they deliver your purchase, install it and take the old one away all for no additional charge making everything so easy. So, whilst I don’t wish for my appliances to break down or need replacing its great to have a reliable company on hand to sort everything out when I do. If I could give them fifty stars I would!

Friendly knowledgeable staff , free delivery on time ,free removal of old units and installation and explainan of features, prices that match or beat the big boys and when kitchen was delayed they stored multiple units for months for free, have now brought many various items since and would not now go elsewhere.

The advice is always excellent, they never try to sell you something just to get a sale. If they think a cheaper product will work for you, then they will suggest that - they never try to push you to take an item just because it costs more. The service is excellent, and it feels very personal - not like a chain store. You feel you can trust them, and that they will look after you.
