Richard is always very helpful and patient while we spend hours deciding which appliance to buy. We have been going to DB for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else in Eastbourne. Prices include their reliable delivery and installation service. No one at DB domestics is ever going to charge you to take away the packaging like some online companies do! Cannot fault the two guys who came to plumb in the washer/ dryer, they even turned off the dreadful samsung jingle that plays at the end of the cycle when I said it would drive me mad hearing that every time...

Excellent repair service. My elderly parent's washing machine developed a fault. The engineer arrived within the designated time slot, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed on-site. Knowledgeable and courteous service and my parents were very happy with the great service.

We called DB Domestics and told them of our plight, would you believe that 35 minutes later we had a new oven cooker delivered and wired up. That is correct, 35 minutes later on Christmas Eve!
We went from Christmas is cancelled to a shiny new cooker in less than an hour! A nationwide competitor said they would need at least a week to make a delivery. I thoroughly recommend this outfit and their very friendly staff.

They will dismantle and take away the old washing machine, deliver and install the new washing machine free of charge. I am impressed so far.

We required a number of kitchen and laundry appliances for our new kitchen and after visiting several stores decided to visit DB Domestic Appliances Ltd. showroom. There are a large selection of appliances on display from different …MoreWe required a number of kitchen and laundry appliances for our new kitchen and after visiting several stores decided to visit DB Domestic Appliances Ltd. showroom. There are a large selection of appliances on display from different manufacturers including top brands.
We met Tom Baxter who initially talked us through various options for all the appliances we required without trying to steer us to any particular manufacturer. Having selected the manufacturer of our choice there was then the decisions on which particular model from each appliance range to be made.
Tom assisted greatly in this respect and we developed a schedule of the appliances we required. The quotation was turned around promptly and we were also advised if a more suitable option may be better. After a couple of weeks of reviewing and corresponding we were in a position to move forward to ordering all of the appliances. During this period emails were answered promptly and telephone calls were returned similarly. Having done some research as to prices available on the internet, we were pleasantly surprised that the cost of the goods was competitive.
The level of customer service has been excellent and we cannot fault it and having had to buy a temporary fridge freezer from DB Domestic Appliances Ltd. last year it does not matter if it is 1 item or several the standard of service is the same. We have no hesitation in recommending DB Domestic Appliances Ltd.

Recently purchased all my kitchen appliances from DB Domestics. Price was fantastic and I felt they had a lot more choice than any other store I visited in East Sussex. On top of that delivery, installation and removal of my old appliances was Free of charge! Would definitely go back and would highly recommend!!

The lads who delivered and installed my goods did a fantastic job from start to finish. They even checked the water pressure for the washer dryer and ran me through how to run-in the ovens and grill. This company's policy of installing new appliances and removing the old ones free of charge is a real winner and they should be commended for it. I would recommend this company without the slightest hesitation and would urge prospective customers to visit their showroom first and foremost.

A fantastic experience from the advice given by the lady in the showroom up to the point when the fitters left the house. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The fitters were clean and tidy and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We are so lucky to have a local company with this calibre of employees.

Both items had to be supplied by manufacturers which took a couple of days but immediately they were received we were telephoned to be informed as to when installation would take place. The men arrived at the time given and although slight modifications had to be done both items were fitted without fuss, tested and the area thoroughly cleaned after. Highly praise the workmen enough.
