The oven was delivered on time we were asked not to be in the room while they were removing and installing new due to covid conditions, installed very quickly and told all working ok and left.
On inspection found that the top cupboard door would not open due to oven installed to high.
I then had to remove oven from cabinet and remove bottom packer and insert that back into top of cabinet and then refit oven now looks right and all works correctly.

Had to purchase a replacement tumble dryer, for an elderly relative, Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, everything had to be done remotely. Received the best possible service from Tom in the showroom - next day delivery, installation, and removal of the old appliance. Competitive pricing, too. Having placed an order over the Christmas holidays and knowing that any response/delivery would be almost certainly delayed due to both the break and Covid, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt reaction and excellent attention I received.
