Cozy pub, nice staff

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and a really comprehensive menu, including vegetarian , vegan and gluten free. Drinks almost London prices, but it's only a step or two from the sea. Would recommend it if you on a pub crawl but if you fancy a friendly night out I'd recommend it.

Reasonable pub but bought my daughter a vodka and coke that was undrinkable. Cheap nasty spirit.

Good food, service not bad, but pool table need some attention and the prices are over inflated, maybe because it tries to pull the hotel trade. Has some reasonable live entertainment. Shame though, as paying an extra pound in the pint is after a while not worth it.

Great when bands are Playing although even when they arent u still pay the inflated Prices which is extremely Expensive for just a Pub.

I have been to The Crown & Anchor on a number of occasions during 2017 and on each of those occasions had a very good meal, generous portions with excellent service, well worth a visit.

Great pub for a wide age range. Beer a bit pricey. Sunday night karaoke is the best ever. Forget naff old standards these are really good vocalists
