Enjoyed my visit. Cinema, refreshments and staff all good. Only two downsides are there's nowhere to sit with a coffee whilst waiting for your film time to get near, and that Screen 2 could definitely do with more soundproofing as the quite sections of our film were disturbed several times by the sounds of people chatting and laughing loudly in the foyer.

We have visited this cinema many times and every time it enrages me that there is no desk for people that haven’t booked their tickets online can purchase their tickets! We queued for 20 minutes just to buy a bottle of water and a bag of popcorn as a lot of the customers hadn’t already bought their tickets (we always do before), I am sure if they open just one desk for people buying tickets this would ease the strain on the whole refreshment area and they wouldn’t have 20 minute queues.
Also they had 4 staff members serving and if two were serving and two were filling drinks and popcorn etc the queues would also be reduced. Maybe another idea could be a vending machine for people who have pre ordered their tickets and just want a bottled drink and a bag of popcorn.

Sweets and drinks far too expensive. Apart from that friendly staff, easy to park and comfy seats.

Over priced food, drinks & sweets so bring your own. Not all staff friendly or polite if they take a dislike to you quiering things.

Cineworld is fairly standard. It's clean. Plenty of seats. Polite staff. Clean loos. Popcorn, nachos, hot and cold drinks and plenty of sweets for sail. Also parking on site.

Badly organised. Massive queues because they sell the tickets and confectionary all at the same tills. Even if you buy your tickets on line and then want a drink, or popcorn etc, you still have to queue with people that are buying tickets.<br>The cinema screens are ok though

We looked up film times and decided on when to go, when we purchased our tickets from the box office the time had been changed from 9.15 to 9.45pm. We then turned up at the new time only to be told that the screening of a live opera performance had over run on our screen and so we didn't get in to watch our film until 10pm. Not a good experience. Not had a problem with other Cineworld cinemas though 🤞
