It was amazing , the staff were so kind and the cinema was nice and clean . There were this couple that were being rude to me , my friends and my family buy that isn't their fault . Bit expensive but that's what cinemas are . Loved the nachos and the Tango ice blasts . I would definitely recommend.

Nice, massive parking space and free. Is brilliant for family but wish was an option for VIP seat!

It's great, but I won't give it a 5 start because they never seem to put enough staff on, 3 times I've nearly missed a movie because I've been waiting 15-20 minutes for drinks

Standard cinema. More leg room than the Brighton equivalent.

Great place to go see the latest titles, the chairs aren't the best but good enough to see something that you don't need IMAX for.

Really nice to go and see Laurel and Hardy, especially with my parents. Really nice cinema. It's sad that in June they will be moving to the Beacon. Meaning having to pay to park rather than park for free at the Crumbles or Harbour car park.

Hello? Hello? Is there anyone there? Am I deaf? Nope it’s just the speakers not working.

Good up to date movies shown here, comfortable seats. Large parking available and superstores nearby. Rather overpriced food and drinks but tickets are reasonably priced and online booking is very convenient

To be fair, it's the customers who drag rating down by behaviour that affects the whole environment and film watching experience. Staff at the till could not be more helpful, but are constantly juggling roles i.e. selling tickets, looking up availability, serving refreshments, which means queuing for long periods. Like most cinemas, food and drink sold are garbage, over-priced and stink out the auditorium.

Ive visited this cinema twice this week and my experience has been merely satisfactory. Theres nothing I love more than a beautiful, slushy, red and blue rainbow tango ice blast when going to the cinema. Personally, that accounts for 50% of my overall experience. AND SO I have been extremely disappointed with the fact both times I've been theres been no slush !! Like a Panto with no mini overpriced tubs of ice-cream! Not the same !!

Mary Poppins was brilliant

Went to view Mary Poppins Christmas Eve at 5.30pm showing. The foyer was filthy. The carpets needed hoovering and the general housekeeping was below standard. The ticket prices we’re so so at £11.00 each. The snacks were just a joke. The £1 grab bags you would get from a supermarket or £store were being charged at £3.59 and the popcorn was in excess of £5.00. The pick and mix was double the price of any local shop. Thank you for the local supermarket for the same items at much lower prices.

Went here on Christmas Eve to watch Mary Poppins Returns with family. A big screen affair, on a par with Odeon, and reasonably comfy seats. Toilets were a bit grubby with nowhere to hang your coat, but generally a good experience.
