Last night, Sat 20 June 2015, I went to watch The Spy with 2 friends. We wanted to book and pay separately but self-serve booking system wouldn't let us sit together. We spoke to Liam who immediately put us at ease, explained he could sort it and even asked for feedback and suggestions to improve the system.
From the first second I spoke to him he showed exemplary customer service skills and empathy. After he'd finished helping us the friendly Sophie served us with a huge smile. The film was hilarious and the popcorn much better than my last visit. All in all, a great experience. Thank you.

The Cineworld in Eastbourne is located in the harbour. Its mostly clean, but it is a cinema what else do you expect the its cleaning service to help. They've got 6 screening rooms. The Cineworld in Eastbourne is only ground level of any disable people can of course enjoy there fervent film, just let the staff know to get the best experience out of it.

Test Review - With so much going on with local and loved I needed to "unplug" where better than the Cinema and Cineworld was a great place to do just that. Mobile phone turned off. Comfy seat, fantastic sound and visuals and the new Robocop did not disappoint. I am looking forward to enjoying the big screen more often as when I watch a film or TV program the mobile is so tempting to get involved with the outside world not to mention pop corn does not taste the same!

A keen cinema goer, since moving to Sovereign Harbour I've swapped Brighton's Cineworld for Eastbourne's and I love it. Walking distance to home (but lots of free parking if you are driving in), a discount on your meal at a nearby restaurant with your cinema ticket - it's so convenient. What's more, since introducing the ticket collection machines, I can skip the kiosk queues (until the smell of popcorn lures me in). Clean, comfortable (the chairs always seem brand new and the floor isn't sticky!) wih the cup holders on the arm instead of losing precious leg room, no matter how big TV screens get at home, Cineworld is the perfect big screen treat.

Nicest cinema I've been to. Comfy seats, leg room and decent sized cup holders. Can't really complain.

I had not been to the cinema for a long time, but after seeing I could take my fidgety 5 year old to a Saturday or Sunday morning viewing for £2.00 for us both, I could not grumble. I think this is a fantastic chance for mum's on a tight budget, or even as in my case, wanting to test the 'sit-ability' of my son (who seems to have ants in his pants and a concentration span of a goldfish at the best of times) before spending more on a newer movie. The staff were happy, and very helpful. I found every aspect of the cinema itself to be clean and tidy and we both had a very pleasant experience. Booking online has made things so much easier too with no queuing involved to pay at the complex. My son cannot wait to go again. we will be frequent visitors on a Saturday morning, that's for sure!
