Waited over 20 minutes in the queue to buy a drink for the film I already had purchased tickets for, missed the beginning of the film. Not enough staff in a Sunday when lots of new releases out. Cineworld why don't you offer recycling on the way out for clear plastic/paper/cans etc? Better for the environment and would save you a bunch of money too.

Fantastic cinema with a great variety of films, comfortable seats and very friendly staff. Whenever there is a midnight showing, such as a film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe or Star Wars for example, this place always puts on such an effort to give fans that extra special cinema experience. Also, this cinema is in such a great location with a variety of restaurants and bars to go to. Highly recommend visiting Cineworld Eastbourne! Such a shame that it plans to move to town centre.

Good experience, decent sized food portions, 3D options for films, plenty of parking, quick service and friendly staff. Only downsides are that it's a bit pricey and the seats could be a bit more comfy. I tend to suffer a bad back after sitting down here for the length of a movie.

Booking through the machines in the foyer was easy, as ever with cinemas the snacks/ refreshments were way over priced, but it is up to you if you have them or not. The seats were comfortable, but the problem was the the theatre was nearly full, the ventillation/air con did not seem to be working and by the end the temperature was really uncomfortable

Has a good choice of films and parking is easy and free. The seats have their backs fixed in a sloping manner, which I found unusual and being tall affected the available leg room.

Большой кинотеатр с шестью залами. Все хорошо, если бы не завышенные цены как для такого сервиса, практическое отсутствие наклона зала, скомпенсированное маленькими экранами, находящимися почти на потолке. Весь фильм приходится задирать голову наверх, что очень не удобно.

Booked tickets on line same day to see Mamma Mia. We got Greta seats and easy to book.
When we arrived we went straight through showing email of tickets off our phone. Girl was police and welcoming. Very busy which we expected and all was good. Film was great and we brought drinks from reception which were fine over priced as always but this is normal. Guy on counter was polite and professional.
Our only issue was we could hear noice from film and people laughing and talking from next screen whilst watching our film, this was distracting and never noticed this before in any cinemas I have been to. Great film and place just a shame about noice from next screen.

It is easy to park here right outside of the cinema within the confines of the retail park

Overly expensive drinks and food. Good wheelchair access but would be nice if there was more than just wheelchair space with one seat for a carer - people in wheelchairs often have more than one friend you know!
