Christmas at The Burlington.
Although The Burlington is in need of some tlc it adds to the charm of the place. Staff were very friendly and helpful and facilites were great. This was our first time away for Christmas and was not disappointed. Nightly entertainment through our stay was good. Will certainly be back next year.

Good convenient place to stay. Hotel is very old, windows could do with secondary glazing and repair. Nice downstairs, good breakfast. Dining staff very helpful. Has its own car park.

Great historic hotel

The room was extremely hot and there were no radiators on. Had the fan on and windows open but it was stifling.

I would stay again when I am in Eastbourne
Where the hotel was situated. We only stayed one night as were going to an event but have no complaints except for…..
The state of the windows in the rooms we had were the worst I hack ever seen. The glass was filthy but I assume that was because the windows couldn’t be opened due to the frames that had rotted. I would not be surprised if the glass didn’t fall out and kill someone as we were four floors up. This does need to be rectified but otherwise I have no complaints about the room or staff

My Granddaughter and I often stay at the Burlington. The Breakfast is excellent and Liam and his staff always go above and beyond and will always sort any little issues out if they arise .

The rooms were lovely and price is spot on! Seaview options. Staff were lovely and are really passionate about ensuring and nice stay.
Stains on carpets and toilets are not wide enough for wheel chair access. Definitely need bigger wheelchair accessible room.
