I like that the room has a seaview
our room is being cleaned everyday . Staffs are friendly and approachable.Location is excellent as the hotel is just in front of the pier.
The facilities needs upgrading. Room carpets are very old plus one of the lift is not working ,so we have to use the stairs in many occasion

nice hotel that is dog friendly, right in front of the sea!
the view was excellent. Glad we paid £10 extra per night for a sea view!

I mean...I paid only 200£ for 2 nights. Anyway, when I booked the ,,superior room " I was promised that I will get a room with sea view, of course I didn't. 3 stars for location and for the room being tided once. Invest some money and the hotel have the potential to be the best in the area. I recommend if you want something on budget and close to the beach and town center.

very convenient near buses opp pier and beach got its own car park £6 a day its an old building not everthing is immaculate beds are clean all facilities in room that you need ring reception if you need anything we would go back

Stayed here 1 night on Saturday. Perfectly fine for a solo traveller like me, they had parking at the back of the hotel (£6 per day) and the hotel was perfectly located just across the beach. Breakfast was good and the hotel is great value for money.
I also think it is worth mentioning Wayne from the Maintenance team. I had forgotten my phone charger cable/plug in the room and went back to the hotel in the late afternoon. They could not find it anymore but Wayne went out of his way to find me a replacement charger cable and plug ! Thanks so much - great service!

Most enjoyable stay. Nice sea view room, breakfast fine, and most pleasant staff. So convenient for sea front and the town. Car park a bonus too. Hotel is a little jaded in places but improvements are underway and it does not in any way detract from ones enjoyment. I would happily return.

Went on a starfish course, this was my first time here , I loved the hotel, lovely big rooms , I was lucky to have a sea view, beautiful view of the pier , food was good, all the staff were very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Definitely coming back soon .

Lovely hotel very central near the pier, I read some reviews where people mention how dated it Was but my room was quite modern, I only had breakfast here and it was really good I have no negatives about this hotel even the prices in the bar are cheaper than other places nearby

I stayed over night with my friend . The room was quite dated and the cleaner could have been a little more efficient on the dusting and hoovering but the actual bed and shower were clean so we weren’t too worried for 1 night. We had side sea view which was nice and plenty coffee and tea in the room. The buffet breakfast was good.
