Nice hotel needs a little update, nice size room for two people, breakfast nice, staff friendly. Really enjoyed our stay will come again. Perfectly located we really enjoyed our stay,it's perfect we feel and for the price we cannot complain at all,we will be back.

Fantastic family holiday. exceptional hotel and staff
The hotel is exceptionally clean in all public areas, the room was more than adequate for the cost. WiFi in rooms without an extra charge. The bathroom was newly renovated with modern fixtures the bath was a lovely size usually hotels have tiny baths. It’s was so warm and cosy even though it had the old fashioned windows. The staff were outstanding so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. I think the cost of my stay should have been more. I shall definitely be back during the summer holidays. Thankyou
I can only find one thing that is only a slight negative. The old fashioned lift was a little scary and juddery.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel right on the seafront, this is a good choice. The hotel is nice though the rooms need work, but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking 4 or 5 star hotel, this isn’t it.
Staff were friendly and breakfast was good with good selection.
Be careful of parking though. Hotel car park isn’t very big and hotel charge you if you’re planning on parking in it on arrival whether you have a space or not!

Some of it tied and needs painting. It have an old part, where you have breakfast and a modern part where they have the evening entertainment.
The floor broads in the bedroom. When you walk on them they are noisy. The bath room could have been a little bigger.

Location easy parking central to the town centre staff were helpful and polite saturday night entertainment was unexpected good breakfast clean comfortable beds nice towels once given a clean upgraded room always go for a room on the front lovely views but be aware the seaguls sit in the window ledges
First room allocation was terrible dull dark dirty carpets dusty all over dirty dusty bathroom barely able to get into avoid room 300 but was soon reallocated an upgraded room

It is a very central location and we managed to get a parking space in their private carpark.
We couldn't close the bedroom curtains as parts had come off the runner. It wasn't too bad as we were there in February so it was a bright early morning sunrise. I also had to DIY the bathroom handle as it was loose.

For what we wanted very acceptable but could have been better. Never had these problems before.
Superior Rooms with sea views always nice, bot that I would call them superior, but very nice and very spacious, although we booked 3 rooms and all very different. Bathroom in one a bit grubby round handle and one shower did not work. But good value for what we paid. Security very poor bearing in mind some of the "residents".
People obviously on benefits or homeless being accommodated and able to run riot along the corridors at night, trying doors. And finding out "they" pay only £29.90 per night !! Not very fair. Surely there are more suitable places to accommodate them. And virtually lighting up cigarettes in the lift ! And not necessarily tobacco!

Staff & location were wonderful. Faded grandeur was apparent, was a beautiful building once
Room needs repairs. Windows very old, rattly & felt dangerous to open, toilet wouldn't flush. No food/snacks available after bar closes.
