Everything we needed for a short stay.
Lovely position. Good architecture. Easy to access.
Our room had an ensuite which needed updating. Basin should really be replaced. Windows need painting . No mattress protector was surprising but the bed was comfortable and clean.

Offer. Next-door build sight. Unfortunately, it is closer to people who have taken drugs. The outside of the building, especially the back, needs tidying up. Boarded up windows. A repainting of the outside.

Staff were Fantastic,
only fault was the state of the windows. The wood frame was literally rotten and huge gap when window down and there was wet stain in bathroom ceiling and mould plus mobility scooter access was horrendous. Bell on the outside never worked so I had to ring reception everytime, one day 1 rang 6 times and eventually had to go along to main entrance up stairs and tell reception as they didn't know phone wasn't working it would be much better if 1 side of entrance was steps and the other wheelchair friendly ramp

So, my room has clearly had a fresh like of paint, but the windows need something doing too bring them up to date, TV in the room is basic but working, water for the shower is a low flow, staff friendly and sea views are great

Staff friendly and helpful ,clean good location had entertainment in one bar for a Monday that was good , have stay here once before and food was lovely
To be fair the room was last min and very cheap good size room very small TV and mattress was quite firm which we found uncomfortable but we have stayed here before different room and it was good , would use again but not that room hopefully for that reason .

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, bed was comfortable bathroom was also clean and stocked up on soap and tissues. And there was extra pillows which came in very handy!
The signs pointing to rooms were a little confusing however we did figure it out very quickly.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were welcoming and friendly, took advantage of the Breakfast option and it was very good value for money, the food was hot and tasty especially as it was a buffet breakfast, would definitely stay here again at the price we paid.
The room was behind the 2 lifts which at busy times could be heard, by time we went to bed it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be, bathroom is a little small on space, from the main room into the bathroom there was a slight slope on which I had the miss fortune of slipping on and ended up with a cut on my arm where I fell and caught my arm on the bathroom door which I did report to reception whome gave me some plasters from their first aid kit and with the advice that the floor needs some type of non slip covering on it as I was in bare feet and the floor was dry, hopefully the advice will be acted on as had it been a more fragile elder person the out come could of been more serious. Even with the miss- hap we would definitely stay again.
