Had a lovely couple of days. Staff very friendly. Room was lovely and clean but the bathroom was a bit dated but that made no difference to the stay. Food was above average. We would happily stay again

Upgraded due to water leak Staff are nice Water came in through the ceiling all through the electrics and onto bathroom floor. Moved room to what I felt was a nicer room.

Location and some staff were very good at their job. Bed was uncomfortable and even when I turned the radiator off in the room it was still to hot

A peaceful much-needed retreat. My needs were simple, a room. Somewhere to stay for a few nights. I didn't have a sea view, but I hadn't requested one. My breakfasts were picnic style, the room was comfortable and warm. The picture above the bed had something smeared on it, I reported this at reception and the message should have been passed on to the staff checking and repleneshing the rooms. On my return the picture was still dirty.

Enjoyed our stay and will return, thank you Burlington hotel Just a nice friendly hotel been a few times now . Room I was allocated was on 4th floor , it was probably the worst room I’ve stayed in ( stayed at hotel a few times ) it was small , dull and didn’t look very clean . Tv was tiny . I’m never one to complain but was kindly given another room

Overall, it is a good place for work The hotel is old, but the facilities are modern, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I was afraid it would be noisy due to the location, but it turned out quiet enough for work. I got a lot done The central heating was constantly on, making the room too hot. Even with the window open and the fan on, it was uncomfortable.

Good hotel, comfortable quiet in excellent position. Both near to town centre snd overlooking the se Didn’t have breakfast Room rather hot which meant we had windows open all night - rather waste of energy in these tricky times.

Staff was lovely and welcoming Only thing that wasn't good was we didn't have any soap or shower gel and I did ask the manger for some but didn't get any

This property is very tired and could do with a lick of paint. The lifts are old and a little temperamental, one being a coffin lift only really for one or two at a squeeze. Breakfast nice.
The rooms are adequate have tea/coffee everything you need, luxuries no. Not the biggest of rooms or bathrooms. The location is great, the view was good. Staff helpful and polite. Parking which is a bonus. Would I stay again, yes most probably as only for one night.

The hotel is large and ungainly and is very tired and in need of serious refurbishment, that being said if you just need a bed for the night at a good price then it is OK. The bedroom and bath room were clean and tidy but again tired and need updating.

The staff however were very helpful and pleasant with nothing being to much trouble and they deserve all the praise they get.

Lovely hotel, very relaxing atmosphere very good for the price. Very helpful staff, food was plentiful, good selection and hot. Great view of the seafront and pier. Huge room, nice decor the only thing that let it down was the cleanliness especially the windows.
