Throughly enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and extremely polite and helpful
The view from the room was excellent, the morning breakfast was also good value for money. With regard the room, although comfortable, the carpet has far to many stains and badly needs attention.
To be perfectly honest, I didn’t have anything to really complain about, the room was perfectly comfortable for the duration of our visit. The exterior however, is beginning to look rather tired, especially around the window frames, I can foresee major refurbishing in the not too distant future therefore.

The view was brilliant. It was great to have a separate room for my child.
I enjoyed the breakfast and thought it had a good range of food to choose from.
All staff were friendly and helpful. The room smelt of damp. The window kept springing back open. It does need updating - especially the corridors and stairwells.

Lovely room and staff and beautiful views - but not for those who need quiet to sleep.
My room was spacious and clean with a nice view.
There was loud music playing from downstairs (or outside), and the rooms aren’t sound proofed so you can hear the live music and whenever people walk around upstairs or next door.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfasr is basic but good and plenty of it too. Housekeeping need to go on a course. Bathroom filthy . Mould. Vent full of fluff . Shower cubicle grimy . Bedroom carpet stained . Decor old . On plus side bed comfy and good quality bedding . Broken bedroom door and no details in room of hotel . Had to ask all the time (times of meals etc)

Breakfast good choice buffet style hotel Car Parking out the back is an absolute shambles trying to get and keep you cant book in advance if you see a space it may already have been taken by another guest who has just popped out but already paid for 24hrs. Better to drop cases and park at the NCP car park which is 2 streets away and 5 mins from hotel £8 for 24 hrs and large bays to suit bigger SUV or minibus size vehicles.

The location is great. Our room was lovely.
The hotel offer extras to your stay so I ordered champagne for the room on arrival at the cost of £35. They gave us Processco which at the bar costs £24. They said they would give a refund but heard nothing further. So customer service not great in that respect.

I arrived late so the car park was full. The room was basic but for the price that is what i expected so that was fine. It was the noise in the night, doors banging, people not being able to get in rooms then being loud. If it’s a basic nights stay you need the hotel is in the perfect location for Eastbourne.

very nice old building but needs a tidy up . bathroom shower not very clean mould in the botom corners . and mold in the grouting. most of this could be cleaned with a bit of elbow grease. grime under the toilet seat . needs cleaning PROPERLY . dont think the hoover fits in the corners as dirty carpit . breakfast was good.

All in all a good stay, we had a superior sea view room, very comfortable, breakfast was good and plenty of it. Did not try dinner as we like to eat out.
