Clean. Towels and bedding all good. Breakfast was very good. Hot and a good choice. Dining Room with sea view was a treat.

Large hotel across the road from the Pier entrance. It still has much of its original grandeur but is a little tired. The rooms are much the same. That said, the hotel and staff were keen to keep standards as high as possible. There was always friendly service available and each night of my stay there was live entertainment in the bar. The Buffet Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks and was fine. Parking is difficult but the hotel has its own relatively small car park at the rear at an extra charge.
I thought the Burlington was very good value for money and I enjoyed my stay. I would have no reservations in book again.

Amazing hotel, great staff excellent location to seafront, the pier, and the town centre, Highly you recommended
We visit this hotel every five weeks as our family live here and we had, a grandmother of 102 who sadly passed away a few days ago so our planned visit to see her, sadly turned into a planned visit to sort funeral arrangements out.
Liam and Nikki was absolutely amazing in looking after us for our short stay thank you so so much they are priceless, equally will we be back shortly and of course will be staying at the Burlington for the funeral arrangements.

Stayed several times, a great 3star hotel, attentive friendly staff. It's a big, old hotel and suffers the usual decor bits and bobs as a result. That said, it's clean, and value for money

Perfect situation on seafront. Large room with seaview, quiet location in hotel.
Breakfast was very good value, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. No central heating in room but hotel provided two mobile heaters for the room which were very efficient.
No shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Hooks on door for coats would have been handy.
Decor was shabby.

The location to the sea front was lovely. Overlooking the sea is beautiful

The shower in our room looked as ancient as the Colleseum. The beds were 2 singles pushed together, which in my view doesn't constitute a double

Lovely room ,excellent breakfast, fantastic entertainment, good parking, wonderful staff. Sarah on reception and Sandy in the restaurant was really helpful and lovely. We will definitely stay again and recommend you.
