I stayed one night. Nice and friendly guy was in the reception.
Room was really clean and tidy. I booked double room. It was a big room with nice beach view.
Bathroom also really clean.
They is a car park behind the hotel. But it is a private one. So we have to pay £6 for a day. You can pay it in the reception.
Nice variety of foods for the breakfast and dining team also very friendly.

I was booked in here for 4 nights and besides having to pay extra for parking (£6 per night) it was still good value. The bar was bright and cheerful (very friendly staff). Although I didn't eat at the hotel the menu looked good, (I did order the packed lunch on my last day). If visiting Eastbourne again I would certainly check out the Burlington again.

Rooms were very poor. Dirty on window seal plug bad. Breakfast ok. If you get there early enough. Bacon and eggs dried up. Otherwise ok for money.. Downstairs was lovey. We first went in to damp sm room. Wot we didn't order. So upgrade. That room was ok. But not to our liking.

Value for money!! Yes it's a bit rundown and the lifts are tiny but the staff are friendly. The sheets and towels lovely and clean. Good breakfast and it's right on the seafront. It also has a carpark round the back for £6 until 3pm the next day.

Beautiful old hotel, could do with a lick of paint. The location and staff are exceptional. The people of the Hotel deserve all the praise. Its proximity to the Center of Eastbourne and the Pier is incredible.
The hotel has a beautiful, old-timey charm which I really like.
An issue I ran into is that the bathroom wasn't exceptionally clean. But more importantly that old-timey charm which I personally really like, can be pretty off-putting. Our room had single pane windows, which meant a lot of heat escaped. The walls could use a new lick of paint and some of the facilities of the room, whilst sufficient in their current state, could be up for modernisation. The TV in our room was tiny, by today's standards. Good enough for me and my partner, but noticeable. Especially when friends in a different room had a much larger TV. (They also had a bath, whilst we didn't. Personally wouldn't have used it but again, I noticed.) It seemed a bit random, in that regard.

I actually quite enjoyed myself here I really can't fault this place. It was an epic building with lots of history behind it. You can access everything in Eastbourne within a few minutes and I felt that I was placed front and centre of the entire town. 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. 2 minutes walking distance from the Promenade. 2 minutes walking distance from the pier. Not only that, but the rooms were quite clean and offered pretty good Wi-Fi. There was also secure parking for my motorbike and I could see it from outside my window for extra security. Additionally, I was just around the corner from the main thoroughfare into the shopping district of the Town. This place was a bargain and I would actually stay again Again, I can't really complain about the place because I was even able to buy cheap beers at the pub located on the ground floor. It was slightly dated but nothing major.

Weekly holiday A warm welcome from all the staff. Clean and good value for the money. And paying by cash was a lot better for us. Even had entertainment for 3 evenings too Nothing bad to say

Enjoyed the weekend. Location was excellent. Car park was handy.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
Novelty of a traditional seafront room.
I wasn’t expecting the ritz but the hotel was showing it’s age. Apparently a fire had damaged a large part of this building and scaffolding was still holding up the end wall on the east side. Not apparent on booking photo’s. (Part demolished).
