If your looking for a good honest hotel with great friendly staff near to the pier this is it.
Is it perfect No.
But a dog 🐕 friendly hotel with great parking for £60 a night. This is a great hotel.
If you want 5* perfection, go pay £300 per night in Brighton.
But if you want a honest decent hotel that loves YOUR dog near the pier for a little as this hotel charges.
You will not go wrong.
I will come back

Didn't had hot water in shower, not even warm. And wasn't clean enough, stuff from previous custumers was in drawers. But apart of that - location was just amazing.

It’s a no frills hotel, spotlessly clean though the jewel in the crown has to be the staff team. Totally honest and approachable, THANKYOU Sarah, Shelby, and Dovella for your exceptional customer service, and I will be returning hopefully in the winter months, very well deserved 5 star to all of you 😊

Pleasant stay located on the seafront at Eastbourne. About 15 minute walk from Railway Station.

Hotel was lovely, and issue with original room but after speaking to reception staff they offered an alternative room, with no hesitation, which we gratefully accepted. Food was great, breakfast buffet and a choice of a 3 course meal in the evening for an additional cost or a great selection of bar food offered from noon til 8pm.

Had a lovely long weekend at The Burlington Hotel with my friend..was good to see we could have single rooms without any supplementary charges. Rooms were adequate for our needs,a little tired but it’s an old building and we were happy with the cleanliness and facilities. The staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Note to management…the staff are a credit to your business, don’t lose them!!!
Breakfast was amazing, buffet with everything you can think of and very tasty. My friend and I ate at the bar room on our last evening and the food was delicious and my chicken ceasar salad was gorgeous. The staff make this hotel and we didn’t meet any staff member that wasn’t incredibly helpful. We will definitely return for another visit, couldn’t do much outside as weather was bad but next time we’ll look forward to going on the open topped bus and the train ride around the town.

We generally stay here every year, the location is perfect, we struck lucky this year with a large sea view room. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very good with a great selection.

During my recent stay at the Burlington Hotel, I encountered a few issues. One of the lifts was out of service, and the operational one was quite small, accommodating only two people comfortably. The reception staff seemed a bit impolite when I requested additional pillows; I was provided with one that was so flat it was practically unusable. Furthermore, there were no housekeeping services, and the bins were not emptied, nor were the beds made. While breakfast was pleasant, it was an additional charge and not included in the room rate. The hotel's location is excellent, situated right on the beach with views of the pier and close to the shopping district. However, there was a noticeable damp odor in the corridor. The room itself was a good size, but many items appeared to be askew. The bathroom was spacious, but lacked a place to set clothes while showering. The exterior of the hotel appears to be in need of significant renovation.

I booked the Burlington and the other hotel, and despite its lower review rating, the Burlington is much, much better than the other hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There for every need. My husband needed an extension lead for his bipap machine and it was arranged straight away. The seaview room was excellent. Great entertainment, separate bar with food. The breakfast was lovely 🤩 so much choice. Continental, British fry up .juice ,tea and coffee. The main hall was stunning with beautiful chandeliers . I will be going there regularly. Real gem

So just had a 1 night stay 14-15th Feb and it was lovely … we booked a meal for the evening unfortunately it wasn’t for us as what we ordered had ran out … only open for an hr ! However Anne was brilliant and arranged a refund for us … and true to their word they called and refunded …. Yes it does need a bit of touching up in places … but our room 212 was clean and the bed was very comfy …. We will return the staff were lovely and the singer last night was amazing …. If you want a 5 star hotel book one but for the price we paid we was definitely happy with it

The friendly staff, Nigel the night porter, Sarah and Niki on reception are all fabulous along with the bar staff. The location is terrific with Starling murmurations on display from inside of the veranda both dusk and dawn. The Vegan pizza is terrific value and hits the spot, as usual the Gannet ate most of it before remembering to take a photo. All in all the perfect Faulty Towers!
