Met few architects prior to Monika.. She came onsite and started advising on major pit falls on ideas I had, gave suggestions even prior to discussing any fees.. Once all agreed, within few days was onsite taking measurements, and within a week. All drawings completed. I gave my comments on a Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning received back amended drawings - Monika works weekends to ensure her clients don't lose time. All drawings submitted. Any questions raised by planning dept. Monika would respond back same day - amazing.. Planning permission approved - Thank you Monika

I chose Monika to draw plans for a garage conversion because she had such excellent reviews. I made the right choice. Despite Covid delays Monika has steered the plans through planning and building regs and even recommended a builder. She listens to her clients needs,has reasonable fees and communication has been easy and a pleasure. I highly recommend her.

Monika was referred to us by colleague and we are very pleased with the work she has done for us given the current COVID situation. Monika is very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work and was very proactive in keeping us updated with the planning of the project. She provided us with some great suggestions on how to make the most efficient use of our home space and managed to include all our requirements for the house extension as part of the approved building plans. Building Plan Design Limited worked professionally with me to develop a set of plans for a house re-modelling. They were happy to make adjustments in line with my changes of mind and were always extremely prompt in responding, mostly by the next working day. The project went only as far as a planning application, but a full explanation of the process was given to me and then managed smoothly by Building Plan Design. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was chosen by the client to carry out an extension which Monika had designed. I must say, I found the drawings very easy to follow and build from. Early in the project we found unexpected ground conditions that Monika swiftly had details provided for to keep the job moving.

Prompt, efficient and personable service. Designer listened carefully to our wishes whilst providing options for us to consider. The designer went out of her way to take all matters into account and to explain the processes involved so that we were fully aware throughout. Ultimately, the designer's expertise successfully secured planning permission with the local authority on our behalf.

Even before being formally instructed for the job, she had already resolved a key issue with the build and ensured that concerns over viability were addressed and dealt with. With such a personable, honest and helpful approach, it was an easy decision to move forward with Monika for the rest of the work, creating the plans as per our discussions, advising all the way on what to do next (I had no idea!) and managing the submission to building control. Communication throughout was excellent, the work provided seemed to satisfy everyone I spoke with, and, as such, I cannot speak highly enough of Monika's approach to work and her professionalism.

Thank you so much monika for doing such a wonderful job on our house. Monika made it so easy and stress free during the design process for our 52m2 loft conversion and porch extension. The builder said monika's plans are the best he's used in 20 years. Monika got us planning permission and dealt with the building regs with very little hassle. Quick friendly and competitively priced service. Monika produced planning application drawings for me for paving my front garden for an in and out drive. I now have planning permission although I still have to get West Sussex approval for the additional entrance.

Monika provides an outstanding architectural service. She visited the site and came up with excellent ideas. Plans were drawn up in a very short time and returned to us for comments. Final plans drawn up in good time and submitted for planning approval. She then dealt with the building regulation side of the work.
