I had an expectation but she was able to bring that expectation to a reasonable reality. Furthermore she was able to keep on top of the anticipated objections from neighbours to deliver the project in reasonable good time. I found Monika easy to deal with, direct, professional with reasonable professional fees. I have her already lined up for my next extension project - highly recommend

Monika was recommended to us by our builder who had contracted her for work on his own home. From start to finish, Monika was knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and responsive. Despite COVID-19 causing delays in council planning departments, Monika steered our plans through quickly and efficiently and we are excited for the building work to begin.
