Thank you so much monika for doing such a wonderful job on our house. Monika made it so easy and stress free during the design process for our 52m2 loft conversion and porch extension. The builder said monika's plans are the best he's used in 20 years. Monika got us planning permission and dealt with the building regs with very little hassle. Quick friendly and competitively priced service. Monika produced planning application drawings for me for paving my front garden for an in and out drive. I now have planning permission although I still have to get West Sussex approval for the additional entrance.

Monika provides an outstanding architectural service. She visited the site and came up with excellent ideas. Plans were drawn up in a very short time and returned to us for comments. Final plans drawn up in good time and submitted for planning approval. She then dealt with the building regulation side of the work. Communication was easy either by phone or e-mail and was very prompt. Her work was well priced. I would highly recommend her.

She and her team did a fantastic job for us with a very personable approach. They were able to use their extensive knowledge and expertise to overcome several issues that others could not. For example, the location of the stairs (which we originally had thought would considerably impact on the existing downstairs floorplan) were elegantly sited, whilst simultaneously improving the downstairs layout with minimal upheaval. Monika applied for planning permission for my kitchen and porch and completed detailed plans for both. Monika was knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I as the process was at times fustrating and difficult to navigate. This was due to us knowing very little about the industry. We had a difficult neighbour and needed permission from the water board to move a drain. In addition Monika reccomended a structural engineer and building regulators which meant less stress. I highly recommend Monika she delivers a good service, value for money. She is trustworthy and an experienced architect.

Builder i employed tried to take shortcuts which put me in severe issues with Planning and Monika was extremely helpful with advice although she was no way involved with original development

Outstanding service for both the design and planning submission of a 9m x 4m summer house and also for work undertaken to design and submit a double story extension onto an existing barn conversion. Both plans submitted and permission successfully given. Very happy.

The process for gaining planning permission was long and quite tricky owing to the type of building we live in. Monika was great throughout and was pragmatic in her approach, making sure we knew what was happening throughout. She offered good ideas for improving the design and always helped when we added bits on the plans. Very happy.
