Architectural where very thorough, very professional and helpful. I feel as a customer my ideas, concerns and thoughts were always considered. Any additional questions/queries where also answered straight away and always provided useful information. Quick and efficient when updating the plans. The plans were clear and creative. Without a doubt would highly recommend them.

I cannot thank Monika enough for rescuing a very tricky situation regarding planning and permitted development. She is incredibly busy and could have easily declined my job. Not only did she help me but did the work exceptionally quickly to keep things on track at an excellent price. She also gave advice on permitted development and requirements for building regs for conversion. I had a quote over the phone by a different. Architect, that doubled following his holiday, saying he couldn’t remember what he said on the phone. Also gave wrong info on permitted development. Monika you’re a star!

Building Plan provide a first class service. We just introduce the Customer to them and they take care of everything from liaising with customer, design, drawings, through to submitting plans for approval to Council. We dfon't need to worry about any part of that process for our customers.

As complete novices in the world of 'building and planning' when we decided to investigate an extension on our house it was really important to us to find someone who would be able to take us through the full journey. Monika was fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend her. She kept us informed all the way through, dealt with everything on our behalf (planning, building regs, additional permissions we needed) and even recommended a builder! She was on hand whenever we had any questions and made the whole process easy for us. She was fantastic!

Monika provided us with excellent service and came with us on our journey from having a vision to creating plans that we were able to amend to go beyond what we could imagine. Monika drew the planning permission plans, submitted our application, answered all questions on our behalf and made what could have been a stressful process, stress free. Monika also drew out building regulation plans and completed all paperwork for us. We would 100% use Monika again! Our building works have just started and it is so exciting to see our plans come to life!
