Building Plan provide a first class service. We just introduce the Customer to them and they take care of everything from liaising with customer, design, drawings, through to submitting plans for approval to Council. We dfon't need to worry about any part of that process for our customers.

Monika handled a Planning Application for an extension to our property. The plans and supporting documents were first class, promptly produced, clear and accurate, and she liaised with the Planning Authority throughout while keeping us informed at all times. As complete novices in the world of 'building and planning' when we decided to investigate an extension on our house it was really important to us to find someone who would be able to take us through the full journey. Monika was fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend her. She kept us informed all the way through, dealt with everything on our behalf (planning, building regs, additional permissions we needed) and even recommended a builder! She was on hand whenever we had any questions and made the whole process easy for us. She was fantastic!

We are delighted with the quality of the architectural plans that have been produced. Monika provided us with excellent service and came with us on our journey from having a vision to creating plans that we were able to amend to go beyond what we could imagine. Monika drew the planning permission plans, submitted our application, answered all questions on our behalf and made what could have been a stressful process, stress free. Monika also drew out building regulation plans and completed all paperwork for us. We would 100% use Monika again! Our building works have just started and it is so exciting to see our plans come to life!

Monika was recommended to us for our loft conversion and ground floor extension and has been fantastic throughout the whole process. From start to finish she has been professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful, advising us on everything from legal requirements to making design changes. Not only this but the builders have asked who we used as they’ve been so impressed with the drawings and how thorough she is - they have also gone on to recommend her for other jobs now. We also had an issue with Southern Water that could have potentially put a stop to the ground floor extension but Monika managed to sort this out as quickly and efficiently as she could given that they weren’t overly responsive or helpful! Thanks again Monika, we will definitely be using you in the future!

Monika “Building Plan Design Ltd” was amazing from start to finish and she improved our project plans considerably. Monika’s knowledge of regulations meant that the planners granted permission for our new family house despite previous architects opinions. Monika could not do enough for us and she was professional but also warm in her approach which we loved and she also had an eye for detail (service offering next to none).
