Monika is very polite. She was keen to understand what we wanted and turned work around quickly. It was a very reasonable price. I did find I had to request certain details that weren't on the original plan such as location of sockets and scale but she did produce these quickly and our builder and project manager were happy

Monika completed a very thorough on site survey and also helped me with a few ideas. Once the designs were received, she swiftly included a few revisions I wanted made. She then requested the approval of the plans with Building Control, which I am pleased to have now recieved. I also found her to be extremely competivie on pricing in comparison to other similar companies on checkatrade. Would use again/recommend

Monika ryan did our planning permission for our driveway.We got our driveway done in march but didn't recieve permission from council until september due to problems .Throughout the 6 months monika kept us constantly updated with what was going on with the council and she did all of our planning permission applications.Monika was very helpful throughout the six months and helped us alot in order to recieve planning permission. She did an excellent job.

Monika is a very conscientious architect who provided a very good level of service, accurate plans and building regulations drawings which were approved and passed by building control with very few changes. Any additional works carried out by Monika was done swiftly with no impact to the overall project start date which was critical to the scheme. I would recommend her services.

Monika provided me with architecture drawings for my single storey rear extension. First, Monika listened very carefully to my ideas of what I was aiming for, and then worked meticulously to draw up plans for both the existing and future layout of the house. Because the house is old, with lots of uneven walls and odd angles, the measurements of the existing layout needed to be checked twice before Monika was satisfied with the plans, and she made a second site visit to do so, all included within the agreed fee. She also conducted all the negotiations with the planning authorities, which took several months, before eventually securing the permissions I need to proceed.
