Upon completion of the drawings, which were excellently presented and accurate, building permission was applied for. This aspect added considerable time to the project, so much so, a start date (builder) has been agreed for mid April. Some 15 months after the enquiry was first made.

Plans were drawn very well and professionally presented along with accompanying paperwork and documentation with only a couple of amendments required which you would expect when dealing with listed building consent, Monika was tireless in her duty to get this application approved as well as all the others she has done for us and as such has become our Planning partner here at Metre Squared Interiors I would totally recommend her work and company.
