Monika immediately saw what I wanted to achieve and came up with the plans to transform my bungalow with a single storey extension. She managed the whole process and kept me up to-date with progress, she really took all my stress away from what was a pretty daunting enterprise . I would definitely highly recommend BPDL . Honestly could not have done this without her.

I wanted a significant terrace extension and Monika at BPDL advised me and made all the necessary arrangements and drawings required to allow my terrace extension to go ahead. This included the full planning application and a subsequent amendment to the drawings following a minor change to the design. Stopping up was also required for this extension and the application was made by BPDL. Excellent service and I highly recommend BPDL for the work they did for me.

We are looking into removing one of our internal walls and needed a professional advice. I would highly recommend Monika, she is very speedy, straight to the point, she gave us lots of advice and explained step by step the process. She is very organised and reliable. She recommended a structural engineer and also submitted the building application on our behalf. We will use her services again in the future.

Monika was recommended to me and I know why, she help me submitting a planning application for a driveway and I didn't know where to start. She prepared the drawing and submit the application for me. All I had to do was to pay :). She answered all my questions and help me a great deal to understand a process I had to follow. Highly recommend her.

Monika did a great job with our house restructure. She was incredibly prompt in getting plans to us and led us through each step of the process telling us what needed doing and when. We also made slight alterations to the plan which she turned around for us overnight so that the building work was not delayed.

We would thoroughly recommend. Monika worked with us from start to finish, helping us to draw up plans on some rear garden steps and internal reconfiguration. I contacted Monika to help design and plan our two storey house extention. Not a small job as adding a new kitchen, dining room, utility, 2 extra bedrooms, another bathroom, and works to the existing house too. She came to us, and was lovely to deal with. We talked things through and then she took my original idea and made it into something so much better. Included everything I wanted but made the most of every inch. Everything needed was dealt with, communication was great, and she was great dealing with the council planning too.

Monika at Building Plan Design offers a truly excellent service for those looking to get going with strong ideas about their project designs. Monika listened to our ideas, came up with preliminary plans and was with us every step of the way thru to planning permission. She even came and visited us during the build and was brilliant at helping us with room revisions and other queries.
