Are we slaves to technology? As I fired off an email from bed this morning then chatted to a client on my Bluetooth in the car, I wondered how I managed before.
I love dealing with local people and local businesses. You need some printing doing? Speak to a local printer; there's enough to choose from. You want your car repaired? Go to a local mechanic rather than a main dealer. Loads of them too.

Wow, how much of a furore has there been over Strictly Come Dancing? Pages have been devoted to it in the papers recently, usually accompanied by a picture of Ola Jordan, which is no bad thing I guess.
Just a quickie today, and it's about Twitter (again). thebestof Shrewsbury has a Twitter account (www.twitter.com/Rao_Andy) but as relative newbies we're still not 100% sure of the manners and etiquette involved.
Shropshire and Broadband? Do the two actually go? Seemingly people in Telford can get speeds of up to a gazillion meg but those of us in rural Shrewsbury have our emails delivered by a snail who's close to retirement.
