In their wisdom Canterbury City Council are altering the age of eligibility for free bus passes in the borough, increasing it in 2 months increments over the next 10 years - confused? Me too.
And I quote: "Who's this actually for? - residents or Traders and out-of-area car drivers?"

I'm gutted I missed the recent exhibition about the proposed plans for dualling the A21 between Tonbridge and Pembury. I feel only half informed considering the scale of such a local project.
