Gill's Bathroom and Kitchens: visit our showroom in Welwyn Garden City
Gill’s recently did a full renovation of our dated cloakroom and bathroom. The entire process, from the first meeting with Jo to the completion of the extensive work, was brilliant. Many thanks to Jo, Simon and the entire team who all did an excellent job, with all of the involved working hard to fulfill our requirements to the highest standards and with a lot of care for details. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent; we were kept informed at all times and our input was always shared with the team. We are also very pleased with the quality of the appliances and furniture recommended and supplied by Gill’s. The result from a functional point of view is exceeding all our expectations, and the rooms look stunning. Thanks also to Brian who decorated them with a lot of care. We would highly recommend Gill’s.

My first action, before installation, was to get Total Soft Water to check it out for me. For a very reasonable cost, Paul personally stripped the unit and replaced all necessary parts, tested it thoroughly and set it up for the local water hardness. His expertise saved me a considerable sum over purchasing a new softener, but not once did he try to pressure me into buying a new item. This is what I call ‘Service’ and I know I can rely on him to provide expert advice and recommendations if I ever need a new softener in the future. I thoroughly recommend this and other Total Soft Water shops in the area, which Paul is responsible for.
