Gill's are an excellent company to work with.
They came to look at my bathroom to decide what needed to be done and explained to me what the procedure would involve.
Their plumber ripped out the whole bathroom in one day and he and the bathroom fitter worked very well together to install the new bathroom.
They always arrived promptly and worked hard all day to complete the installation in 4 weeks.
The quality of the furniture was high and I spent an afternoon in their showroom choosing the pieces they recommended.
All the group who run the business were friendly and helpful.
The fitter and plumber worked quietly with noise level at a minimum. Every day they cleared the equipment away neatly and carefully.
The organisation of the installation was very smooth as the deliveries dovetailed correctly.

After Paul did a splendid job fitting a new Bristan bath shower mixer and resolving issues with the washing machine feed and an old toilet with a struggling flush mechanism, I had no hesitation asking Gill's to return to remove the old stand alone shower. It was replaced with a Merlyn slip resistant tray and shower cubicle. Rob did a fantastic job, particularly as he had to remove a large section of tiles due to water damage, but to look at the finished product you simply wouldn't know the replacements weren't the original tiles.
The greatest asset to Gill's business is their staff who all contribute to a very good end product. With every justification I was ready to trust in Gill's choice of equipment manufacturers whose products are and tried and tested on a regular basis.

I called into the branch and spoke with Sam on the Counter and he was Really friendly, he gave my boss and I the time to talk to him about our products. Every time i have visited everyone has been really friendly and polite.

Gill's Plumbing & Heating have always managed to sort out my elderly parents very antiquated heating system which must a real challenge. They have also fitted a new shower and toilet. All the staff I have dealt with over the phone and in person have been very helpful and efficient. Thank you Gill's

5 Star Service. Happy to recommend Gill's Plumbing. Diagnosed fault in our Worcester Bosch boiler quickly and returned with the correct parts so boiler working again same day. Also serviced it to a high standard. Plumber was polite, clean, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Just brilliant.

10/10 & faultless. I rang up as I noticed a leak on the valve the before. Rang up as soon as they opened and managed to get a slot for mid afternoon. The plumber came round & sorted the issue within the hour. Really pleased. Thank you!

I have used the Gill’s firm for many years and have always found them an excellent company. I recently had a serious plumbing problem, my main water tank leaking but it could only be removed by being cut up. It was necessary to change my whole system to mains water only. This big job was expensive but carried out by an excellent heating engineer/plumber who worked very hard and was most considerate of me, an elderly lady. He was always on time, kept me informed, cleared up the necessary mess and was generally very professional. I would give the firm and particularly this engineer a Five Star rating.

A thoroughly professional firm that does high quality work. We had their electrical installation inspected by our electrician, and he commented what a good job Gill’s had done. Their staff are lovely; polite and clean up every evening. Their pipe work is so good and looks good too. We would particularly commend Paul, who installed our new boiler. Highly professional and a very high standard of work.
