2.     Understand the different mortgage options

The variety of different mortgage options can be confusing and each client will have their own individual requirements. The Mortgage Centre spend time talking to you to find the best fit for your needs.  Would a tracker or a flexible mortgage suit you best?  What about a fixed or capped rate?  Let The Mortgage Centre use their experience and knowledge to advise you.

3.     Get the right deal

The Mortgage Centre is the locally appointed representative of Openwork, which gives them access to exclusive mortgage deals and interest rates that you would not be able to secure if you were to approach mortgage lenders directly.

4.     What have you got to lose?

Your initial consultation is fee-free. You pay just £195 on application and a maximum of £1000 (or 1% of the loan if greater) Only if you decide to proceed with your mortgage.  A typical fee would be £495, dependent on your circumstances.

Insurance

Peace of mind is very important to provide protection for your family, home or business against the unthinkable.  To ensure your home is insured and your loved ones and/or business are protected in case of your illness or death, you should ask about the options regarding:

  • LIFE INSURANCE/LIFE ASSURANCE
  • CRITICAL ILLNESS COVER
  • INCOME PROTECTION INSURANCE
  • BUILDINGS AND CONTENT INSURANCE
  • BUSINESS INSURANCE

Did you know, for example, that if your life insurance is not written in trust then the benefits form part of your estate when you die and so will have to wait for probate to be granted before it can be paid out?  And it would be subject to Inheritance Tax (IHT)?  If you have life insurance provided by your employer, it may not actually turn out to be as comprehensive as you thought?  And if your life insurance premiums are reviewable, it means they could potentially change in the future.  Cheapest at date of purchase is not always the right choice.

The Mortgage Centre compares life, buildings and contents insurance quotes from a number of insurers to ensure we get the right policy for you.

So please give them a call and see how we can help.
