Came and spoke to Andy about designing a ring for my 21st and he was so helpful and gave me multiple quotes and designs so i could completely make it my own, i was also able to come and have a look at the stones so i chose exactly what i wanted. The final design matches exactly what i wanted in fact it’s better! thank you to all the team at Chapter79 i come to them for lots of different things and couldn’t recommend them enough! Beyond grateful to them for bringing the design to life and i can’t wait to wear the ring forever!

I had my engagement ring resized and polished at Chapter 79, Jackie, Andy and the team were brilliant. It's hard to find a jewellers that carried out repairs on site and their knowledge helped guide me on the right size. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We got our wedding rings here and even though they were standard rings and not part of the bespoke service every visit was a great experience.
I also had my engagement ring resized and polished with Chapter 79 and again flawless service.

After purchasing an engagement ring from Chapter 79, there was nowhere else my now wife and I would have chosen for our wedding rings.
Given that our rings would be the main keepsake from our wedding, we knew that we wanted to take our time in choosing the right ones; we liked that the rings at Chapter 79 were more bespoke than the mass-produced rings at high street jewellers. Better yet, they weren’t extortionate prices either!
Jackie and Andy, and everyone else we encountered at Chapter 79, were polite, attentive and knowledgeable. We are so happy with the choices we made and my wife still finds herself looking admiringly at her ring finger even 9 months down the line!

I took a Tiffany necklace in as it just wasn't hanging correctly and would knot so easily. Jackie was superb she suggested a sympathetic design change. I was overjoyed when I collected it, the necklace is now perfect, alterations have really enhanced the design and the necklace is now perfect to wear. Thank you for bringing my necklace back to life.

I took an old half of a puzzle ring into Andy - my husband had lost the other half many years ago- and he said that he could re-create the ring from just one half! Turns out it was a little more complicated than he first thought, but he did a stunning job and my husband was completely thrilled with it on our 10th wedding anniversary. I honestly couldn't fault Chapter79 service, they were amazing, and the finished product is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Jackie and her partner designed my wedding ring and after a consultation with them they produced a beautiful piece of craftsmanship what was everything and more than i was expecting and wanted.
They also recently fixed my engagement ring that unfortunately found itself broken and it is as good as new!

I had a necklace that was too long (it disappeared under the neck of tops) Chapter 79 shortened the necklace and added the beads to a pair of earrings I'd got, changing the stones around. The result was a necklace that I can wear with bespoke matching earrings - perfect!

The bespoke gent’s silver inline locket on a leather bracelet was just the kind of classy piece I was after. It took a couple of goes due to some incorrect initial measurements done, but the finished article was excellent.

We were so happy that Andy and the team at Chapter 79 could make my bespoke wedding and engagement set. They were amazing at every step of the process and really listened to what we wanted and I am just over the moon with the set they made, it is so special to have a completely unique piece! I lost the pearl on my ring and asked Chapter79 to replace it. Jackie gave me the option of three different pearls at three different prices and was happy to spend time with me as I chose the one I liked best. This is a good indication of the great customer service you get with Jackie and Andy - you're always greeted with a friendly smile and nothing is too much trouble. It's a brilliant gem of a shop. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Jackie & team are so great! I had a very sentimental necklace made from my mother’s and grandmother’s engagement rings. I went back and forth several times on designs and took a while to make a decision…and there was never any rush or pressure. I could not be more happy with the end result…I hardly ever take it off. Besides bespoke design they do cleanings and watch repair. No matter what the ask or value, you always get the same standout experience. We’re lucky to have them in the area.

I loved working with Jackie and the team on my bespoke wedding ring, I spoke to Jackie about what I liked and I really wanted some colour in the design. It was brilliant to get 3D visuals of how the ring would look, I made a couple of tweaks and nothing was too much trouble.
The finished ring is perfect!
I get so many comments about how beautiful and different it is and I would not hesitate to recommend Chapter 79!
