Just came to renew my 20 year old sons' insurance. I encountered some problems which did not seem to be the fault of Think Insurance but rather those of the underwriters - and the premium had increased considerably since last year despite his excellent driving record. However, I dealt with lovely girl called Courtney who worked so hard and really did go the extra mile (an overused phrase but totally appropriate in this case) to resolve everything. The upshot is that we are now renewing at a price we are happy with and I can't thank her enough for sorting it all. Excellent result. Thank you.
