Darcy was very helpful when setting up our dashboard. And gave us a very thorough talk thru everything to have a better understanding. Was made to feel as tho nothing was too much trouble and she knew what she was talking about!
Definitely the best policy for a young driver! Very fair black box policy with no hidden costs. Doesn’t charge you for minor events and you get plenty of warnings before a penalty is applied!! 5* all round service.

Think Insurance are an excellent company and the agent Courntney Cox that I dealt with was very thorough and also excellent. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is that the call took nearly 20 minutes to pay my yearly premium. There must be an easier way of covering everything !!

Experience with the team was good . Courtney was very responsive. I do have an issue with the fact that as a returning customer I had to get an alternative quote before the premium and the excesses were reduced.
