Top class service. Really impressed in particular with Paul E. After a gap in trading I decided to comeback to Think Insurance, I had Paul E on the phone, the guy is good, very polite and he knows how to treat customers, was so easy to talk to him and he found me the best deal. It's so rare to good customer service agent, most of them don't care or they're driven by money. Paul E was friendly and explained everything clearly, making the whole process stress free and easy. He is a credit to Think Insurance. highly Recommended.

Bought a new car which developed serious faults on the same day. Called think insurance and spoke to Darcy to cancel the policy. This is the point where I received suberb customer service. She worked out a plan to save me the admin fees by retaining the money on account as I want to use them when I get my next car. In theory they could have charged me the fees as I was going back to them anyway.
Good honest customer service goes along way. If only the dealer I bought the car from was as honest!!!

Ask for Kiern top man, sorted my insurance on the day of my renwel. My 2nd year with Think insurance gave my renwel quote weeks before i was due. I did shop around but these guys where still cheaper
