Needed to get Campervan insurance with no knowledge of the subject. After entering a request for a quote on a Campervan website, I got hit with loads of phone calls. Yikes! ... But one stood out: that was the call from Kim Harper at Think Insurance.
All the callers were very competent and knowledgeable, but Kim seemed that little bit more human and willing to let me go at my pace. She also came back with the best deal I could find that day (- which was nice!)
I'm feeling pretty good now, without an opera singer or fuzzy animal involved in the process (there's weren't as good anyway)

I recently took out a motor home policy with Kim - I couldn't have asked for better service - she has an open, pleasant manner and it was a pleasure dealing with her.
As with any Insurance I hope I never need to claim against it to test that aspect of their service!

Ask for KIM! I needed to insure my T5 Camper Conversion and I was lucky enough to get through to Kim who handled everything really quickly despite my requirements not being straightforward - she was knowledgeable and clearly knows her stuff AND the price was cheaper than my renewal! I normally compare insurance or take time to think but she was so friendly and knowledgeable I trusted her and went ahead anyway. Highly recommended!

Kim at Think Insurance was tremendous at arranging my policy yesterday. Not only was she very efficient, she was also very pleasant and although arranging insurance is not something I look forward to, Kim made it all very straightforward. Kim is a star and businesses rely on staff that are as good as Kim. Keep up the good work!

Beth was very thorough took time to answer a couple of queries I had very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Think Insurance based in Walsall. I have used them for a few years now to insure my van. It included Rac home start,recovery at a very reasonable price cheaper than I could have got purchasing it myself

Well what can I say. This has got to be the best insurance company I have ever been with I have just renewed my Motor trade and public liability insurance again for the second year. great prices staff very polite I was dealing with kieron and when he was not Available other staff members where all ways ready to help.
