Had a quote originally from Paul E. and he was the reason I gave this company the last opportunity for the business. He was welcoming, friendly, not too pushy (which is brilliant) and sounded happy on the phone. He went above and beyond to get me an amazing quote. I rang back to finalise a few things but he was on holiday so spoke to Tom but again, he was the same as in friendly and got a great deal! Thanks to Tom and Paul ‘Think insurance’ have now got a new customer. It really is the service and the staff that make a business and these two guys are real assets to the company! Thank you!

I’ve recently taken out a new motor trade policy. I spoke with Tom who was very professional, polite and had great knowledge. He explained the cover in detail making sure it meet my cover needed. I would definitely recommend using Think Insurance to anyone.

I called up, regarding a problem with my black box dashboard. I was struggling to see how my driving had been. I spoke to a lady called Darcy. She was very helpful, kind, professional and pleasant. I quickly learnt what u had to do and Darcy, got onto the problem right away. I was also able to ask her other questions relating to my policy, in which she answered clearly and confidently. Just came to renew my 20 year old sons' insurance. I encountered some problems which did not seem to be the fault of Think Insurance but rather those of the underwriters - and the premium had increased considerably since last year despite his excellent driving record. However, I dealt with lovely girl called Courtney who worked so hard and really did go the extra mile (an overused phrase but totally appropriate in this case) to resolve everything. The upshot is that we are now renewing at a price we are happy with and I can't thank her enough for sorting it all. Excellent result. Thank you.
