After finding myself scratching around at the last minute for a trade policy insurance, I did the usual online search for quotes and after a barage of wide boy insurance brokers calling me I had a well spoken and mild mannered guy called Tom calling me from Think Insurance, he took time (backwards and forwards phone calls) to find me the most competitive quote and one that fitted my professional needs. Luke called me within 5 minutes of using an online quote service and was able to insure my campervan with a specialist campervan insurance policy from LV, when another broker wasn't able to do that. Really appreciated the prompt and efficient response which has got me more suitable cover at a cheaper price.

I have been with them since august. I have overall had a good experince with them. I found darcy to be particularly helpful with me on the phone and she relieved me of a lot of stress and pressure at the time. She was very friendly and understanding.<br><br>Only thing i would say is , dont forget about the direct debit costs , eg a fine for missing a direct debit (£35) , and if you want to change your direct debit date your also charged i think £11. This is the only thing that has dissapointed me so far as car insurence is expesnive for young drivers as it is without these extra costs
