We have been so disappointed for the last few years with no atmosphere, bad beer, bad food. Hearing of new owners we popped in for a drink to check it out. It has definitely turned a corner. The beer was excellent and the staff seem very welcoming and friendly. We will certainly be calling back for something to eat.

Disappointed, hadn't been for a few years and remember it as a good pub for food.

Went in for a drink only and GREAT they had 3 real ales on. I tried 'Tribute' and it was very nice. The ales were just what was missing from a very nice place. Will pop in for a meal one night as it does look good.
