Took my Grandchildren to see Wonka. The service for everything was so slow, obviously not enough staff. Waited in a queue for popcorn for what seemed an eternity then had to queue at the bar for 20 mins for a coffee. The toilets were not clean and had not been replenished with toilet paper. I have used The Light on many occasions but yesterdays visit was very disappointing.

Cant believe how expensive the tickets are compared to vue. Vue ticket’s are £5, if you use meerkat movies would be £10 for family of 4. Here the tickets are £12 after using meerkat was £24 for family of 4. Only reason we went was because my son got a gift card from school for special achievement. If it wasn’t for the gift card we wouldn’t have come here. On a positive note Cinema was clean sound quality was good and good service.

Incredible cinema. Ultra modern with comfortable seats and state of the art screens. Food and drink is varied and tasty. How many cinemas offer homemade pizza?? The best cinema experience within 200 miles.

I went here to watch The Eras Tour Movie and I had so much fun!! We arrived early and they had a table set up for people to make friendship bracelets for free which was unexpected but a really fun activity.<br><br>The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food prices aren't overpriced like some cinemas these days. They have a wide selection of movies, just check online first for the times of them.<br><br>I recommend this cinema a lot! 😄
