First time going there, really friendly attentive staff from the ticket collector to the manager. Enquired about, Vegan menu, what they didn't know or we're unsure of they found out. They couldn't't do enough for us.
They really enhanced the experience. Really nice coffee also. Parking was right outside & at a reasonable price also. Lots of things during the week, i.e. Friday night was gaming night in the cafe/bar area. Good selection of movies, new & older'classics'.
I definitely will be returning.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars to be honest.
Loved it!!!

Ordered a pizza for £12.50. What arrived would barely feed a child ( I am not greedy) sent it back for a refund. Avoid if you expect value for money.

Great time at TheLight. Everyone is so friendly and always goes the extra mile to help and make your night at the cinema a night to remember, from the staff on the bar helping you keep your wine cold, to the happy guy helping you choose pick and mix and taking your tickets to the wonderful singing and effective reminder to turn off your phones with a smile. Thank TheLight for a fun time, and we enjoyed the film too!

Honestly the place itself is fine, but it's just the people that go there that ruin it for everyone else. The last 3 times I've been now there's been people running in and out shouting, people vaping, people talking on their phones, people having conversations like they're the only people in the cinema, and it's a shame, because it really is a decent cinema,it's just that it seems to attract all the idiots of society that ruin it for everyone else.

My favourite cinema. Great atmosphere, great selection of movies and variations of speciality showings. The children's area and lounge give a cozy, chilled vibe, as well as a nice bar seating area to grab a bite and a few drinks. The staff are amazing. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this cinema for a few years now and it is absolutely amazing. There are 3 places I adore in Walsall, Black Country Arms Pub, Walsall Arboretum and Light Cinemas.
Great facilities, comfy seats, never had an issue, banging food and drinks, lovely staff. What else do you really need.

Have visited The Light several times and it’s easy to book tickets online. Staff members are usually pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed the film we saw, especially as the 3 of us were the only people in there! I find the cost of £10.95 per adult ticket high and for this price point, would expect the chairs to be better. The chairs in screen 7 were stained/marked and not as comfortable as some other cinemas. Chairs did not recline either. We have been to cinemas from other chains where seats are wider, recline, have more leg room and tickets are cheaper! Maybe seats in other screens are higher quality? I also don’t think it’s fair that cinema patrons should have to pay to park on top of ticket fees - I imagine this is an issue outside of The Light’s control. Toilets were well-maintained and clean. We liked the advertising of upcoming films and special events through posters - this will possibly encourage us to visit again fairly soon.

Went to see the new Oppenheimer film and I loved the light cinema experience, they had lovely comfortable chairs and a good sound system that made me feel like I was really in the film. Phillip was funny and informative.
