Have visited a few times over the years and we always come away saying we don't know why we don't visit more often! The staff are all so friendly and the facilities are fantastic. Really comfortable seating in the cinema and lots of squishy sofas etc dotted around on each level. Food and drinks are better quality and more varied than other cinema chains. My favourite thing though has been the different family events they put on throughout the year. We brought our children to the polar express pyjama party on Christmas eve and it was absolutely wonderful! So reasonably priced too at only £30 for a family of five. It is definitely our new years resolution to visit more often!

Been to this cinema a few times (recently for Wonka) and always impressed. Very modern screens with comfy, wide seats and you get a decent view. Staff are friendly and there's always a nice little intro from them before the start of the film. The family ticket is good value, would choose this cinema over any bigger chain.

Took my children to see the polar express pj party and we loved it. The atmosphere was amazing, they received a golden ticket and a chocolate on arrival. All staff were super friendly and helpful. They received a bell at the end of the film (Very wise move as they'd have been ringing them throughout the film) but a nice little surprise to end the trip

Watched Elf fantastic start to get ready for Christmas. The staff are polite ,friendly and helpful. This makes the perfect atmosphere for a guaranteed perfect night out.

Took my Grandchildren to see Wonka. The service for everything was so slow, obviously not enough staff. Waited in a queue for popcorn for what seemed an eternity then had to queue at the bar for 20 mins for a coffee. The toilets were not clean and had not been replenished with toilet paper. I have used The Light on many occasions but yesterdays visit was very disappointing.

Cant believe how expensive the tickets are compared to vue. Vue ticket’s are £5, if you use meerkat movies would be £10 for family of 4. Here the tickets are £12 after using meerkat was £24 for family of 4. Only reason we went was because my son got a gift card from school for special achievement. If it wasn’t for the gift card we wouldn’t have come here. On a positive note Cinema was clean sound quality was good and good service.

Incredible cinema. Ultra modern with comfortable seats and state of the art screens. Food and drink is varied and tasty. How many cinemas offer homemade pizza?? The best cinema experience within 200 miles.

I went here to watch The Eras Tour Movie and I had so much fun!! We arrived early and they had a table set up for people to make friendship bracelets for free which was unexpected but a really fun activity.
The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food prices aren't overpriced like some cinemas these days. They have a wide selection of movies, just check online first for the times of them.

Problem with the tills but staff sorted. Nice cinema just maybe needs a refurb as looking a little worn in places. Didn't eat or drink here only went to see a film.
